As four gloriously work free days stretch before us our thoughts can't help but turn to trying out some of the recipes we've had bookmarked for months on end.

The Easter bank holidays are bound to involve welcome visitors and friends and family so why not spend some of your time off whipping up a bake or two? That way when the hoards descend you'll have more than a half devoured Cadbury egg to offer.
